Are your watches brand new and authentic?

Yes. All watches sold at TimePieceStore (TPS) are guaranteed 100% brand new and authentic.
We are legitimate business registered in Australia. Selling used or counterfeit while claiming otherwise, would be a violation of Federal Law.
All watches come in original box and papers, with serial number intact.
We do not sell watches that have been refurbished or those that have been rejected by manufacturers.
We only source our watches from legitimate and respectable authorized suppliers, with whom we have long and trusting relationships.

Do your watches come with warranty?

Yes. We provide warranty for all watches sold on our website for a period of 1 to 3 years.

What are the payment options?

We accept debit cards, credit cards, bank transfer and PayPal.

Why do you need 2-4 days processing time?

It takes time to transfer each watch back to our fulfillment center for Quality Assurance.
During Q.A., a new battery will be put in for battery-operated watches. And in some cases, additional time is required for bracelet sizing, or for more detailed servicing such as recalibration.

Our prices do not include any GST.

Customers are responsible for GST and duty tax incurred, if any.

How does bracelet sizing work?

We provide free bracelet sizing service.
After the order is made, you will be contacted by our customer service representative for order fulfillment. If the watch comes with a metal bracelet, you will be asked to provide the circumference of the wrist. Excessive links will be removed and sent along with the watch.
Note: Free bracelet sizing does not guarantee a perfect fit; it is an estimated measurement.

How do I make an order?

You may choose to pay via debit/credit card or PayPal on our website, or get additional discount by bank transfer.
To pay by card or PayPal, simply follow the checkout process on the website.
After the order is made, a customer sales representative may contact you for order fulfillment, if necessary. Or, you can contact us at any time if you have any question regarding your order.

How can I cancel or change my order?

To Change An Order

If for any reason you would like to change an order, as long as the order has not been shipped, simply pay (or get refunded) for the price difference, and we will ship you the new model.
However, if this a special order* that we can no longer cancel from the manufacturer, it is NOT changeable.

To Cancel An Order

If you would like to cancel an order before it is shipped:
— If you paid via bank transfer, full refund will be issued back to your account deducting bank fees, if any. (Normally there is none)
— If you paid via any other methods, 3% will be deducted to pay for the transaction fees that we do not get back from PayPal.

If you would like to cancel the order after it has been shipped, please refer to our Return&Exchange policy.

However, if this a special order* that we can no longer cancel from the manufacturer, it is NOT cancellable.

In any case, simply contact us.

*Special orders are items that TimePieceStore does not usually carry and thus has to be ordered specifically for each order.
Rest assured, the customer will be notified before the order is processed if the watch chosen is deemed a “special order” item.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you do not need an account to make an order.  🙂

Can I order a watch which I cannot find on your website?

If you cannot find a watch that you want in our catalog, write us and we’ll try to source for you!

Do you match prices?

We would love to have your business! If a lower price is offered at a legitimate website which has the model in stock, we will match the price if it covers our costs.
We however do not match prices offered at a physical store, and we reserve the right to verify the competitor’s prices and availability before we confirm the final price.
We also cannot match price after the order is made.

How do I know I will receive my watch after paying?

We have been around since 2003 and intend to be around for many years more.
We are legitimate business registered in Australia (ABN 35 140 794 565), and abide by the laws.
Reassured that you will receive your watch via express shipping after verification (if necessary) and Q.A. process.

What if for any reason you cannot fulfill the order?

Stock levels on our website are constantly updated to reflect the latest availability. In very rare occasions, we cannot fulfill order due to product being out of stock (sold right before your transaction goes through on our website), or quality issue (product fails our Q.A. inspection before being shipped out).
If that happens, you may choose to
1. Get a full refund
2. Allow us to order the product for you
3. Purchase another model from our website, and pay/receive the price difference.
